2008 Research Assessment Exercise SUCCESS

We are very pleased with our RAE result. The RAE Panel has judged 85% of our research to be of international quality. This is a product of a lively and strong research culture across all disciplines. Since the date of the RAE submission we have continued to grow with the appointment of two more internationally recognised Professors. Our teaching is informed by the latest research and this is reflected in our National Student Survey success, in which past students commented on the interesting curricula and enthusiastic staff.
