Law, of course, is naturally exciting, being so intimately connected with the thoughts and actions of human beings. The research interests of faculty within the Sussex Law School include commercial law, company law, devolution, ecclesiastical law, employment law, human rights, insolvency law, international law, land law, legal history, Legal theory, Migration, Personal Property Law and professional conduct and regulation.
