HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND ORGANISATIONAL BEHAVIOUR is an interdisciplinary Social Science research group based in Loughborough University Business School. The group brings together Psychologists, Sociologists and others interested in the field of 'people management' issues. The group conducts research in three key areas:

  • Career Studies and Professional Work (John Arnold, Laurie Cohen, Amal El-Sawad and John Loan-Clarke)
  • Sociology of Work (Peter Ackers, Marek Korczynski, Maurizio Atzeni, Donald Hislop and Melissa Tyler)
  • Quality of Working Life (Alistair Cheyne, Kevin Daniels and Cheryl Travers)
