Engineering at Sussex
Engineering and Design is an inter-disciplinary department within the School of Science and Technology at the University of Sussex.
We offer a wide range of undergraduate degrees in the areas of:
- Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Computer Systems Engineering
- Mechanical and Automotive Engineering
- Product Design
- Engineering for Society
At the postgraduate level we offer a wide range of taught masters and research based Doctor of Philosophy degrees.
We are a successful research department and by attracting and developing outstanding staff and students, we are contributing to research at international levels of excellence. Much of this is funded through government based grants and our continuing effort at developing links with industrial partners.
