Institution: University of Nottingham We offer taught MA courses - Aesthetics; Ethics and Political Philosophy; Metaphysics; Mind and Language; Philosophy - and MA, MPhil and PhD research degrees. The Department offers a vibrant environment for postgraduate study and research degree supervision in a wide range of areas, including metaphysics, aesthetics, philosophy of language, identity, consciousness, laws of nature and causation, philosophy of science and sport. Research training is provided by the Department and the Graduate School. Students are also eligible for an Academic German course.
