MA Writing for Performance

Drama Division

University of Huddersfield

We are offering a number of bursaries of up to £2000 to help with costs towards study. You can apply for a bursary once you have been offered a place on this professionally taught, performance writing course. The course concentrates on writing for live performance and encourages you to broaden your writing vocabulary by studying and practising various performance writing strategies under the tutelage of professional writers. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively as well as to develop your own full-length performance texts. Students showcase their writing to industry professionals at the end of the course, in a rehearsed reading event.
