Institute of Creative Technologies

The IOCT is a unique research environment which aims to make connections between people, ideas, and technologies by crossing traditional boundaries. It works at the intersection of arts, science and technological research and fosters collaboration and cooperation through interdisciplinary projects and programmes of activities.

The IOCT currently has more than one hundred researchers working on dozens of active projects and with expertise across a wide range of areas. We have high-profile Visting Professors and Research Fellows, affiliated Research Centres focused upon specific subjects, a cohort of PhD researchers, and a Masters programme that is taught across three Faculties.
