The Department has a prominent international reputation in public economics. This course offers students a thorough foundation in microeconomic aspects of the public sector. It is designed for students who wish to pursue careers in government, research agencies, public policy, universities and consultancy firms.
We offer Overseas MSc Scholarships for the MSc in Public Economics. Any overseas applicants can apply for a scholarship of £3,000 towards their fees and living expenses. These scholarships will be awarded on a competitive basis and the selection takes into account academic ability and financial need.
