This Open Day is for all current undergraduate students and people who have taken a break from studying but are considering returning to higher education. Students interesting in pursuing a PhD should also come along to find out more.
Representatives from the University's four Schools will be on hand to discuss the taught and research programmes you are interested in studying. Knowledgeable staff from our Enquiries Office, Funding Department and International Centre will also be there to offer advice.
Seminars
On the day, you will be able to attend seminars that will address common areas of concern among postgraduate students.
11am – How to fund your postgraduate studies
12pm – Demystifying research methods: Professor Kevin Brehony, programme convenor of the MA in Social Research Methods, will help answer any anxieties about this core module in masters-level study.
1pm – Postgraduate student life panel: a panel of current masters and research students will discuss life as a postgraduate student at Roehampton University. Take this opportunity to ask questions that only a student will be able to answer.
Our student ambassadors will also be on hand to give you a tour of our beautiful campus throughout the event.
