The Scholarship:
With the rapid growth in global trade, senior managers and academics alike are increasingly concerned with supply chain design and operations. The focus of this PhD is on identifying the barriers and enablers for next generation supply chains; it is also concerned with developing new global logistics and supply chain configurations. - Each full-time PhD Scholarship will include fees at the ‘home/EU' student rate and maintenance (£12,940 in 2008/09) for three years, depending on satisfactory progress. Funding for conference attendance will also be available.
