MSc Organisational Knowledge - funding available

Cranfield Health

Cranfield University

Knowledge is the key driver in modern business. In a dynamic and competitive environment success is dependant on companies developing effective solutions to capture, extract and make use of their knowledge assets.

This is particularly true in the healthcare sector which depends upon, and is characterised by high levels of tacit knowledge.

Our MSc brings together expertise from across different sectors, allowing you to develop and deliver effective solutions, and unleash the power of knowledge management.

In addition to the application of knowledge learned you will also develop a range of indispensible, transferable skills including leadership skills, teamworking, client relations, budget control, problem solving and process modelling.

The course benefits from excellent industrial partnerships, including those with easyJet, NHS Trusts and Dixons as clients who have engaged our assistance on past projects.

A Business Advisory Panel supports and assists in the development of this course to ensure up-to-the minute content based on real-life issues. Due to this, the successful completion of this course will equip you with the practical skills you need in the role of a future business manager or leader.

The course is assessed in three ways:

Eight taught modules
Individual research project
Group project

Both the individual and the group projects are usually carried out in industry. You'll also benefit from a Business Week where organisations that provide knowledge management solutions or that have implemented knowledge management will outline their experiences.
