The Liverpool Screen School would like to invite you to come along to a
breakfast (provided) event, where we can discuss our intention to
become a creative hub in the region and how we can also offer flexible
training to industry and individuals in the form of CPD’s in, Convergence,
Digital Moving Image, 3D and New Media, along with our two MA’s in New
Media Production and Animation for Film & Games.
These courses have been developed in response to dialogue with industry
both regionally and nationally that specialize in media, new media,
interactive media, digital games and news (print, TV & radio). We
ourselves have a huge experience of the debate and practice in a range of
media platforms, including the web, interactive TV, digital games and
mobile, both at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
In 2007 we gained Skillset Media Academy accreditation, the only
institution in the North West to achieve this status.
At this breakfast event you will also hear from ‘Skillset’ and ‘Skillworks’
about their funding opportunities. These can help SME’s and Freelancers
substantially with the cost of any training you may undertake here.
