Institution: University of Kent We offer courses both in traditional Engineering subjects, as well as the exciting new area of Digital Media. The Department of Electronics has an excellent reputation for both its teaching and research; in the National Student Survey, it came top in the UK for two years running. The Department has 29 academic staff members, with both academic and industrial experience, as well as a number of specialist visiting lecturers. A panel of industrial experts works closely with the department to advise on the development of teaching and research. We are a strong and dynamic department and our courses are regularly reviewed to ensure that they are always up-to-date.
