Centre for Sustainable Chemical Technologies

The Centre for Sustainable Chemical Technologies (CSCT) brings together researchers with expertise across a wide range of chemical sciences at the University of Bath. CSCT has established a Doctoral Training Centre (DTC) in Sustainable Chemical Technologies with £16.5m funding from EPSRC, the University and 12 industrial partners. The DTC offers at least 10 PhD places each year and provides a dynamic, multidisciplinary research environment for PhD students. Within an innovative 4-year PhD programme, all students will undergo training in scientific, societal and business aspects of sustainability, together with a high quality and challenging PhD research project, involving either an industrial or an international partner.
