Programme Alßan will enable Latin American students and professionals, future academics and decision-makers in their own countries, to benefit from the excellence of the Higher Education Area in the European Union. It is open to Latin American citizens living in one of the following 18 Latin American countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.

- The maximum contribution of the European Union is of €1500 month and for specialisation scholarships is of €2500 /month not exceeding 75% of the estimated total cost of each project of education/training. Open to individuals from latin american countries.
