
Drapers' Company
The Foundation's grants to individuals provide financial assistance to young people who are ordinarily resident in the London boroughs of Greenwich and Lewisham, who are full or part-time students, aged below 25 and from low-income backgrounds.
In order to be considered for a grant, students must be:-
1. a permanent resident of the borough of Greenwich or Lewisham resident for at least the last three years before the start of the course. Students living in the borough solely for the purposes of study will not be eligible to apply.
2. aged between 16 and 25;
3. a UK national or Refugee who has been granted leave to remain in the UK;
4. from a low-income background whose parent/s joint taxable earnings are not more than £25,000 per annum, plus £2,750 for each other dependant child;
5. undertaking a full or part-time course in the UK.

- The Committee of Governors meets four times a year, usually in October, January, March and June. The dates of meetings and deadlines for the receipt of completed applications are usually around 3 weeks before each meeting. Applications must be sent by post - email and fax not accepted.
