Thomas Wall Trust
The Trustees consider applications from UK nationals only who are in financial need and who wish to undertake educational courses at any level and duration, especially courses which are vocational or are concerned with social service in a broad sense and which will lead to paid employment.
Grants normally supplement assistance received from other sources. The Trustees require to be satisfied that the applicant will have sufficient funds to complete the proposed course, and that the course is reasonable in cost and cannot be equally well pursued at less cost elsewhere.
The Trustees support both full-time and part-time vocational courses and will look favourably at part-time courses which allow the applicant to continue with paid employment to help meet the costs.
Applications will only be considered if the applicant has received a fomal offer of admission to their chosen course.
