1. Do you accept payment in other currencies?
We currently accept payment only in £ Sterling but plan to introduce € payments soon.
2. How do I pay for advertisements?
Higher Education Institutions and other public educational bodies within the UK are invoiced when the advertisement package or enhancement (of whatever type) is purchased. Commercial organisations, and institutions outside the UK may initially be asked for payment before publication of any advertisements.
3. Can I pay by credit card?
Not at the moment. We invoice all our customers, as above and accept payment by BACS transfer (preferred) or cheque only.
4. What are PostgraduateStudentships.co.uk's payment terms?
All PostgraduateStudentsihps.co.uk invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing with PostgaduateStudentships.co.uk at the time when the advertisement is booked:
* The invoice date is the date of purchase of an advertisement package, and NOT the date when the advertisement is first published on the public side of the site.
* Please note however that advertisement packages are not deemed to be purchased until the Funding Provider is fully approved on the site.
If payment is not received by the due date, PostgraduateStudentships.co.uk reserves the right to remove the advertisement(s) in question from the public side of the site and to suspend the account, and if necessary all accounts taken out with PostgraduateStudenthips.co.uk by the organisation in question, so that no new advertisements or postings of any kind can be made until such time as payment is received by PostgraduateStudentships.co.uk. The purchase of any advertisement package or any type of advertising on PostgraduateStudentships.co.uk requires acceptance of all Terms and Conditions, including Payment Terms.
5. How and when do I buy enhancements for my advertisements?
You can purchase enhancements either in advance or when you publish each advertisement, as we appreciate you will need different enhancements for different advertisements.
