Faculty Speaker

Professor Graham Penn, Professor of International Finance Law and Programme Director of MSc Law and Finance, will contribute to the session. Alongside his academic career, Professor Penn has had a distinguished career in legal practice as an international finance lawyer and former Head of Global Finance Practice at Sidley Austin.

About the MSc Law and Finance

The UCL MSc Law and Finance is an interdisciplinary programme, combining academic rigour with practical, experiential learning. Students develop a strong understanding of how legal, economic, regulatory and financial frameworks interact in major corporate, finance and restructuring transactions. Teaching is informed by current market practice and real-world case materials.
