Masters Degree Description

Develop specialist knowledge of the main principles of international business law. You’ll study commercial activities in a global economy on this master’s course.

As part of your course, you’ll:

Examine complementary law and business topics that affect international business practice
Study public and private international trade law to deepen your understanding of the World Trade Organization rules and how countries trade
Develop expert knowledge of the European Union rules for the development and operation of supranational markets
Explore the legal regulation of free trade around the world
Enhance your awareness of the legal rules that apply to contracts for the international sale of goods between companies across borders
Put your specialist legal knowledge into a business and commercial context to boost your understanding and analysis of the law
Pursue a research interest in your dissertation project and develop the specialist knowledge to match your career aspirations

Entry Requirements

Applicants should either have at least a second class honours degree or have equivalent experience or training, normally from within the work environment.
