This programme goes beyond traditional public sector programmes and equips participants with the knowledge and skills to adapt and lead in the complex operating environments challenging 21st century policing practice and policy.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility of distance learning while connecting with your fellow candidates who bring with them a range of different experiences. You’ll be encouraged to use digital platforms for a weekly programme of study with regular support from our experts and the opportunity to debate key subjects with your peers.
A 2:2 honours degree or equivalent or significant appropriate work experience.
After completing the MSc Police Leadership, you’ll be equipped with the critical and reflective skills, as well as a range of other transferable skills, that are attractive to employers. These can be adapted to a range of professions including, but not limited to:
