This course has been developed in close partnership with employers, focusing on the development of key skills that employers in the industry specifically demand.
Students should normally be educated to honours Degree level, with a minimum classification of 2:2 in Mechanical Engineering, General Engineering, Technology, Physical Sciences or a closely related derivative.
RPL will be granted, if appropriate, as part of the admissions process and then ratified by the FSE RPL committee. All non-standard applicants to this course will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. In this instance, substantial and demonstrable professional experience can substitute for graduate status.
