The MSc in User Experience and Service Design unites the disciplines of service design, experience design and innovation strategy to prepare you to create meaningful, human-centred solutions for a rapidly changing world.

This programme teaches you how to enhance user experiences and design service systems through both theoretical and practical application of knowledge, individually and in multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary teams.

Entry Requirements

2:2 honours degree (in design, innovation, business, media, technology or a related subject). Non-design students must have achieved a minimum of 55% in their final year.
