Do you enjoy telling stories and bringing characters to life? Whether you want to create animated films, adverts, web graphics, or artwork, our MA Animation course will advance your creative and technical skills, while expanding your options for creative careers.

This degree is led by your own visual style and preferred animation method, exploring everything from sound design, storyboarding and animatics, to animation techniques and editing. Our creative facilities cover the whole spectrum of contemporary animation, and include stop motion studio with Dragonframe capture software, Canon DSLRs and professional camera stands, as well as stages pre-rigged with grips, stands and lights.

Join a creative specialist university to surround yourself with those who share your artistic vision, and benefit from creative inspiration around every corner. This course has the option of an Integrated Pre-Masters, which is a preparatory year of specialist study.
