Postgraduate and Professional Student Loans

At StudentFunder, we believe that access to higher education should not be limited to those few who have the money to pay for it. We are a social enterprise which gives loans to students where grants, scholarships and savings aren’t enough to cover the full costs of studying.

In 2015, we are providing loans of between £2,000-£12,000 for postgraduate and professional courses where students already hold an offer from a UK university. These can go towards tuition and/or living costs.

Courses should be no longer than 1 year full-time or 2 years part-time, though we will consider students in the final year of their PhD.

Full repayments start 18 months after the start date of the loan, with £1 monthly payments for the first 17 months. Interest rates are kept as competitive as possible based on available funding.

UK, EU and International students are eligible to apply with a UK guarantor.

Loans are limited and granted on a first-come-first-served basis.
