Founded in 1965, the University of Warwick is ranked 74th in the QS World University Guide 2026, is the youngest member of the Russell Group and are listed within the top ten UK universities in all three major national league tables. However, we are so much more than our rankings.

Scholarships and funding

There are a range of different funding routes for postgraduate students. These include:

  • Postgraduate loans from the UK Government (Home students)
  • University scholarships
  •  Fee awards
  • Department bursaries and scholarships

You can apply for scholarships through the central University, UKRI Centres for Doctoral Training, academic departments or schools, industry, charitable foundations and governments.
