Applied Positive Psychology draws upon the scientific study of wellbeing and optimal human functioning. Our MSc Applied Positive Psychology course will encourage you to critically explore primary theories and research, to challenge and build upon this work, and apply these ideas to your own life and work.

From discovering strengths and the importance of positive emotion, to ways of fostering hope and building resilience, the MSc Applied Positive Psychology offers the chance to develop knowledge and skills for both your professional and personal development.

The full MSc Applied Psychology takes two years to complete on a part-time basis, however you can choose to study over three years and dedicate the last year to your dissertation. There is also the choice of completing the Postgraduate Certificate or Postgraduate Diploma that does not involve completing a dissertation project.
