University of Kent

Kent is known as the UK’s European university with specialist postgraduate centres in some of the most exciting and historic cities in Europe: Athens, Brussels, Paris and Rome.

If you have a passion for subjects including politics, law, architecture, history of art, film, drama, literature, archaeology and history you are able to study for a Master’s degree either exclusively in one of these remarkable cities or take a split-site programme, where you spend your first term studying at our campus followed by a term abroad.

Our carefully chosen locations in some of the world's most intellectually, politically and culturally influential cities will inspire and stimulate you. Living and studying abroad not only provides a life-changing personal experience, it also fosters independence, confidence and adaptability - all qualities that employers seek. Recent graduate destinations include international marketing, the film industry, heritage management, teaching, the European Commission and academia.

Location specific funding is available and you may be eligible for a £10,280 Master’s or Erasmus + loan.

Our staff are known for their research-led teaching which is further enhanced by the cultural, linguistic and experiential immersion in the capitals of European politics, culture and heritage
