On our PhD in Finance & Econometrics, you will undertake research in one of our Finance related specialisms, depending on your topic and supervisor.

During your time at WBS, you will be advised by one or two supervisors with appropriate research expertise and interests. With more than a third of our staff from countries outside the UK, our faculty is truly international. All of our faculty are research active and the majority supervise doctoral research. Your main supervisor will be nominated when you are offered a place on the PhD programme; a second is chosen towards the end of your first year of study.
