Scholarships for January start
Our Exeter Excellence Scholarships reward high academic achievement and help students make the most of our teaching, learning and university life. Round 3 of this scholarship scheme, for international applicants starting in January 2027, is now open.
Exeter Excellence scholarships can be combined with a University of Exeter Postgraduate Taught Scholarship 2026/27 for Bangladesh, Canada, China (mainland), India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Türkiye or Vietnam to a maximum award value of £10,000. (If the combined value of these two scholarships would exceed £10,000 the value of the Exeter Excellence award will be reduced to stay within this limit.) University of Exeter Postgraduate Taught Scholarships 2026/27 of £10,000 are available for Egypt, Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria.
