Funding Options

Here at the University of Plymouth, we understand that funding may be a big part of your decision to go forward with Postgraduate Study. If you studied your undergraduate degree at Plymouth, you may be eligible for a fee discount if you complete your postgraduate studies here as well.

  • 20% alumni discount for home students
  • £4,000 “International Welcome to Plymouth” scholarship for international students

We also offer other scholarships for students who wish to study postgraduate taught (PGT) degree programmes.

Facilities

Computer science students at Plymouth benefit from a range of specialist facilities, spread across six dedicated labs and an open learning space. These environments provide diverse hardware and software setups, from high-performance Graphical Processing Units (GPUs) for AI development to flexible networking infrastructure for cyber security and penetration testing on our cyber range.
