You’ll be integral to solving future problems through your response to creative practice and collaborative working, as Bath School of Design embraces a collective approach, encompassing study from fashion and textiles to interiors and product design, as well as graphic communication, animation, gaming and cyber security.

Our graduates have gone on to work in design agencies, architectural and engineering practices, the MOD and other specialist areas. Many also work on research projects in conjunction with fine artists, or scientists, or have gone on to become teachers.

You’ll be encouraged to be curious and resourceful, learning to combine practical, hands-on making with creative thinking to turn ideas into reality. Our courses ask you to define and challenge modern problems using your initiative, to create and innovate.

Utilising digital and graphic communications, you’ll gain skills and knowledge from an array of accomplished design professionals and you’ll be guaranteed to benefit from excellent academic and technical support throughout your course. You’ll also receive guest talks from recognised specialists in their fields, both locally and internationally.
